This is only three weeks after Joe Biden visited Kiev and told Ukrainians to “fight the cancer of corruption that is endemic in your system right now”.

On the same day as that vist, the White House announced a $50 million package of assistance which includes help to “develop a public-private investment initiative to increase conventional gas production from existing fields”:

Actually Yakima I think it would be a Selfish act but I think that’s probably your point……if we don’t take care of, nurture and be true to the Self then we’re not much use to anybody.(just one example of the total corruption of language)

Maybe won’t help, but it helped me.
You seem a very dedicated guy, and are probably totally all-in, trying to help your family. With each day you will be more exhausted, and functioning less well.
Take a couple of hours off one evening. Go down the pub, or up a hill, or ride a bike. You will be re-charged and it won’t be a selfish act.
